Submitting an enquiry does not create an advisory or other professional relationship with HorizonCross.

 

We do not use information submitted through the enquiry form to add you to marketing mailing lists unless you separately choose to receive such communications.

Singapore's PDPA includes a Transfer Limitation Obligation requiring organisations to ensure appropriate protection when personal data is transferred outside Singapore. Wix also states that data relating to users of Wix-hosted sites may be processed by Wix entities and service providers in different countries.

When personal data is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to delete it, anonymise it or otherwise cease retaining it in identifiable form where appropriate.

 

This reflects the retention limitation principle under Singapore's PDPA.

No internet transmission or electronic storage system can, however, be guaranteed to be completely secure.
